How are your balls graded?
Our golf balls are categorised into four grades, from near new (Albatross) to practice and hitaways (Par). Visit our 'Grading' page to learn more.

Are your balls generic or branded?
Our collection features a range of brands and models - availability and stock levels vary.

Is the manufacturer warranty still valid?
No, the manufacturers warranty is no longer valid but we do offer a 100% money back guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, you are welcome to return to us for a full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days in the original condition and packaging.

What shipping options do you offer?
Our shipping rates are:
Flat Rate NZ Tracked Courier $7.20, Rural $12.50. Free shipping on all orders $75 & over

Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.
